The "MQL (Semi-Dry) Processing" is a metal processing method that supplies a very small amount (4-30ml/h) of high-lubricity oil to the processing point, utilizing the benefits of dry processing while providing lubrication. The "New EB-TOOL" is a turning tool designed for MQL (Semi-Dry) processing that precisely ejects oil at the processing point. When using the EB-TOOL for external diameter turning, it prevents chips from tangling, and for internal diameter turning, it discharges chips without leaving them inside the workpiece.
